Fortuna Media House Refund Policy

POLICY
Because our work involves custom research, strategy, and creative production, all payments are final once work has begun.
If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any non-recoverable fees (such as platform or banking fees).
Once onboarding is complete, payment is received, and your project or Sprint is scheduled, no refunds will be given, except in the specific case outlined in our Ad Sprint Delivery Guarantee below.
Ad Sprint Delivery Guarantee (7-Day Promise)
For Ad Sprints, we guarantee delivery of all final creative assets within 7 days of completing:
  1. Full payment
  1. All onboarding requirements (brand assets, access, questionnaire answers, etc.)
The 7-day window does not begin until both payment and onboarding are completed.
If we fail to deliver the final Ad Sprint assets within this 7-day window, you may request a full refund of the Sprint fee.
This guarantee applies only to delivery timelines. It does not guarantee ad performance, financial results, or revenue outcomes.
Retainers
Our retainer services are month-to-month.
You are not locked into a long-term contract.
  • Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable.
  • You may cancel at any time by providing written notice before your next billing date, and you will not be charged again.
  • After cancellation, you may continue receiving service through the end of the current paid period if applicable.
Service Failure
If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work for reasons on our side, we will work with you to provide a reasonable remedy, which may include additional work or a partial refund.
